Shrimp Scampi V
I made the decision to cut the wine in half as I was making this. There was just so much of it that I felt I would be wasting it. I let it reduce a few minutes and combined it with the drained pasta in a large bowl. Everyone thought it was restraunt quality.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This soup is great. My 3 year old had seconds. I used fat free milk, very low sodium chicken bouillon and no salt and it was very good. I only used 1/2 tsp of pepper and left it up to my family to add more. No one did. Thanks for this great recipe.

Apricot Chicken I
I used Catalina dressing and left out the onion mix because I didn't have any. It was very good and very easy to make.
