Too Much Chocolate Cake
I have made this twice with the Satiny Chocolate Glaze and it gets rave reviews. I have substituted cut up premium chocolate bars for the chocolate chips, but that is all. Super quick, super easy, super moist and the most important super delicious!

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
I have made this twice with the Too Much Chocolate Cake and it gets rave reviews. I have substituted cut up premium chocolate bars for the chocolate chips, but that is all-oh and I melt it in the microwave. Super quick, super easy, and the most important super delicious!

Chicken Piccata II
First I have to admit that I rarely follow recipes exactly. So going off the many review recommendations..... I substituted chicken broth for bouillon/water, grated in some lemon zest, added white wine and capers to the sauce (all in "looks about right" measurements) and then thickened with some cornstarch. It was very good, even my picky eater agreed. Will be making this again!
