I thought this was wonderful and easy. I didn't add the anchovy paste because I didn't have any. But this is definitely a keeper! Thank you!

I thought this was really wonderful. I followed the recipe almost exactly except that I divided it in half (it does make a large amount) and fixed half like the recipe said (but with more bananas). The other pudding half I put in the fridge and fixed a couple days later like the recipe said (again about double the bananas). Loved it! Will definitely be making again.

This was a hit with my hubby and all my children (which is also a reason I am giving it 5 stars). I thought it was a bit bland...but then I didn't add as much pepper as it called for so that could have something to do with it. I did not think it was too salty, but I just used 2 Tbsp of soy sauce (i was running low) and 1 TBSP of fish sauce. I will make this again....I will just make mine and hubby's spicier.
