Chicken Piccata II
First I have to admit that I rarely follow recipes exactly. So going off the many review recommendations..... I substituted chicken broth for bouillon/water, grated in some lemon zest, added white wine and capers to the sauce (all in "looks about right" measurements) and then thickened with some cornstarch. It was very good, even my picky eater agreed. Will be making this again!
