My favorite things to cook
I love to cook various side dishes using a variety of vegetables and experimenting with different soups. I also enjoy making appetizers and experimenting with new drink recipes.
My cooking triumphs
I have twice catered my department Christmas luncheon for 40 people. My mother thinks that I am a good cook. That is a great compliment simply my mom is wonderful cook.

Pretty good recipe. I added orange zest to the filling. Pretty good.

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon-Mustard Dressing
Thanks for adding this recipe. It's a keeper in my house. The only thing I did differently is to add more bacon. I'm a bacon addict.
