Spinach Quiche
This was very good, even though I lighted it A LOT. I always make quiches crustless, and I used 1 TB of butter, 2 oz of feta, a light sprinkle of cheddar, 5 fresh mushrooms sliced, and the remaining half of a package of frozen spinache. I sauteed the mushrooms with the garlic and onions. BF loved it. on the keeper list!
