Irish Lamb Stew

We have been eating this Wonderful Irish Lamb Stew for a week and haven't grown tired of it. It is a great stew, full of flavor. A keeper for me.

Penne with Asparagus and Mushrooms

My husband is the type of man that thinks that if there is no meat in it, it ain't worth eating. I made this dish and he loved it. My whole family loved it. A family keeper.

This was Sunday Dinner last night. WOW it was great. I wasn't familiar with the Fontina cheese, it was delicious. The chicken was tender and tasty. I added a little sea salt and garlic to the flour mixture. Great recipe.
