This was something new. My little brother really liked it and ate it for every meal until it was gone. I think it almost made it until dinner time (he is a teenager and eats several meals a day). Personally, I prefer french toast a little more firm than this recipe made it but I will have to make it again to appease my brother.

This was really easy and very good! I have made it twice in the two weeks that I have had the recipe. I tried making muffins, which were good but making it in a loaf pan makes for better presentation. I am planning on making mini loaves for moist, delicious Christmas gifts.

I used a full pound of ground beef and it turned out great. Will definitely make this recipe again.
