Wife and Mother to two young boys. Currently a SAHM but have worked in counseling and nursing. I am passionate about helping others. My hobbies usually include creating things with my hands...food included. Ethnic foods, breads, desserts and new interesting recipes. We always make Mexican food for Christmas eve and Biscuits and Gravy when camping. I have adapted traditional Hawaiian and Chinese dishes passed down from my husband's native Hawaiian grandfather. Recreating a dish, sauce or anything else just by tasting and figuring out what is in the "secret recipe." After my experimenting, I have some great copycat recipes in my collection. I seem to always burn the last batch of cookies!
