Tangy Sliced Pork Sandwiches
This was really yummy. I added some sauteed onions as others had suggested and I used a Hormel heat and eat pork roast that I shredded. I served this on slider rolls with smoked Gouda. Definitely a keeper!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup
My all time favorite soup recipe! I follow the recipe to a "T" and it turns out perfect every time. I love the big beefy flavor and the nice tender barley.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was a really good and easy recipe. I added one bag of frozen mixed veggies. I would recommend more than 30 minutes for the dumplings to get done though. Mine took every bit of an hour to get done all the way through.
