Slow Cooker Italian Beef
This was great. We made it a couple of times before we reached the "perfect" stage. We made it in the slow cooker and it required about 50 min. on high. About halfway through we re-tossed the beef and peppers in the crock pot. We also used the Zesty Italian dry dressing. As someone else suggested we also brushed the hogie rolls in olive oil and toasted on our grill.

Grilled Cheeseburger Pizza
Excellent recipe. Made some modifications for our taste. Used only 2/3s of a cup of ketchup, mustard and bbq sauce combined. Next time for indirect heat will have to turn up to at least med. high to melt cheese and brown the crust.

Good Burger
I thought this was a very tasty burger. Based upon others suggestions I cut the brown sugar down and used only 2 tablespoons. It was perfect with just a hint of the sweetness. Only note I made for my own purposes was to cut the grilling time compared to that of a normal burger. It seemed like the bread crumbs soaked up some of the juices of the burger.
