Chipotle Sauce

Cooking this dish on the grill takes boring old meatloaf to a whole different level. We used the ground pork and beef but I added the thing we usually use in regular meatloaf...chopped onion, crushed crackers, a pinch of nutmeg, and the ketchup sauce to top it off. This will definitely be asked for at my house. DH loved and DS loved it. Thanks!

Fettuccine Alfredo V

My husband and I like this alfredo sauce better than a popular italian restaurant's sauce. He has never rates anything 5 stars, he did tonight though. This is easy and delicious.

Egg Salad I

I substituted the onion with celery and added more mayo to get the consistency that we prefer. We really enjoyed this recipe and will use it often.

Mexican Mole Sauce

I tried this recipe over chicken and cheese enchiladas and loved it. My family doesn't care for traditional red enchilada sauce so this is a very welcome and easy substitution. I may try adding jalapenos in the future to make it hotter but this one was great as is. Thanks for the great recipe, we will use it frequently.

Blackberry BBQ Sauce

Tomato Juice Spaghetti Sauce

My whole family loves this sauce. I first made it six months ago and used it in lasagna. Now we use it for any time we need a tomato sauce. Every one who tries it comments on how wonderful it is.
