Fantastic! I used kiwis, strawberries, blueberries, and green apples with apricot preserves. I omitted the sugar and definitely didn't miss it.

Cinnamon Sour Cream Biscuits

Got rave reviews at a recent brunch. I increased the sugar to 3 Tbsp and the cinnamon to 1 1/2 tsp. I also added a little vanilla and cinnamon to the icing.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

This is now my go-to cinnamon roll recipe. I've made them several times and they always turn out delicious. I do make sure to coat the dough pretty thoroughly with butter before adding the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. I also use my own cream cheese frosting recipe and they turn out divine.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Manicotti Alla Romana

Fabulous. I couldn't find manicotti, so I used jumbo shells instead. I could've used a little more sauce, but that was probably due to the pasta change up. Nice blend of sauces.

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

I love, love, love this recipe. It's cheap, healthy and filling. I also bake mine at about 350 for 10 minutes like a number of other reviewers suggested. The filling is also great served over rice.
