Blackberry Pie I
This pie was very simple and delish!! Also was the only blackberry pie I've ever made that held together and didnt run all over when I cut into it. I added a bit more sugar as my berries were picked from the yard and very tart, but this recipe is definately a keeper!!

French Toast I
This recipe is easy and basic. I used fresh cranberry-walnut bread from a local bakery. I also mixed it up the night before to let everything soak in, but you MUST use a lid while cooking if you do this. The lid helps get every piece cooked thoroughly, and not as soggy. Great recipe!
