Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Delicious. I baked mine in the oven (400) but pan fried them in butter and olive oil first so the skin was crispy. It help to keep the wings moist too!

Japanese Chicken Wings
BEST WINGS EVER! As suggested I added garlic powder. I didn't have white sugar so I used brown instead. I also only had rice vinegar. I baked mine in the oven (400) but pan fried them in butter and oil first so the skin was crispy. I do think the sauce could be a little thicker. I think it would be great with ginger too.

Southwestern Rice
I also think it definitely needed more flavor. As suggested by reviewers next time I will double the cumin and turmeric, add some cayenne and chili powder and maybe cilantro or lime juice. I also used a can of corn instead of frozen. I didn't use the whole can, thought it was too much. A really good recipe if you tweak it and healthy too!!
