Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Delicious! My husband is short on compliments and he loved this! Asked me to please bake another loaf. The only thing I changed was to use margarine instead of butter (didn't have butter)but it was great anyway!

Date Nut Bread
Fortunately, I read the reviews before baking. Changed to dates AND water, as well the temp and bake time. (350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 min., tenting with foil) Turned out great!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
