Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Oh my word! I made these last night for my family.....my son asked if I could incorporate some chocolate into the recipe, so I dipped the edges in melted chocolate chips and a little butter. They are insanely delicious! We loved the added chocolate, but it isn't necessary at all. These cookies are outstanding on their own!!! Thanks so much!

Rhubarb-Raspberry Crunch

I'm so thankful that I read the reviews before making this. I, too, added 2 T. of the tapioca, but I cut the sugar in half. It was still pretty sweet, but with our fresh, local raspberries, it was a hit. The ice cream didn't hurt, either!

Cheesecake Dessert

I made this dessert in a 9x13 pan that is 2 inches high. I was able to add the raspberry puree and the Cool-Whip before placing the dessert in the fridge. It was amazing! I'll definitely make this again & again!
