Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Seriously, I CANNOT bake. I can cook up a storm, cant bake a thing though. This was amazing. Even I was able to make this and have it come out incredible. One note, though.. If at all possible, wait until the next day before you eat it. Or at least let it cool completely. I made the mistake of cutting it while it was still warm, and was pretty upset that I had a plate of apple soup. Figuring it was just my track record, I just left it alone but when I came in the kitchen the next day, to see half of it gone, and my husband thrilled.. I realized that it was just still too warm. It held together perfectly in the end. Lol. Thanks for making my husband a believer. ;)

Chicken and Pasta in a Mango Cream Sauce
I was looking for something a bit "crazy" tonight.. something my husband and I would never think of, and we came across this. These flavors work amazingly together. The only reason I didnt give it a full 5 stars ( Im going with a 4.5 ) is due to the fact that I made a couple minor adjustments. I grilled my chicken, and I added crushed red pepper, and a couple dashes of paprika to give it some heat which worked out perfect. I also used a generous amount of fresh grated pecorino romano, insted of parmesan. Great culinary mind,Shaggy.. keep experimenting and keep sharing!!
