I am blessed to be a SAHM to a very active 1 year old. I am married to the most wonderful man in the world. We are in the process of building a new home and we are so excited. I love to cook and I am always looking for new thnngs to try. I don't think that I have any favorites. I love to always try new things. I get bored making the same things over and over again. The Holidays are my favorite. My family is always together and we always make enough food to feed a very LARGE army...... I am not a baker..... But I did make a Boston Cream Cake once that turned out perfect. I always seem to either burn what I am baking or leave it raw in the middle..... But that cake was so good. My friends wanted to know what bakery I got it at.... When I was 18 I set a Corned Beef on fire and it also set my mother's kitchen on fire.... Needless to say it was not a good day :)
