Easy Cheesy Chicken I
Yummy! I didn't have time to use the slow cooker so I used italian seasoning for the chicken and browned it, then added all the soups with some milk and let it cook for an hour on low in a pan. In the end I topped with fresh cheddar cheese and chives. So easy and our picky eaters loved it.

Hamburger Potato Casserole
Yummy! I made additions though. I cooked the ground beef in sweedish meatball seasoning. I used cream of mushroom with garlic, added sour cream to the mix. Next time I will layer cheese in with other layers. As long as you slice the potatoes thin you should only need about an hour in the oven covered.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
Very Yummy! All the boys in the house raved about it. I used Hot Dijion Mustard to give it some kick and wrapped it in bacon from the begining. Used the broiler to crisp it up a bit.
