One-Pan Taco Dinner
WOW!!! This is SOOOOO easy and quick. I used green onion instead of lettuce and quartered cherry tomatoes. I served it with a small amount of restaurant style sour cream. It was delicious. My husband just loved it! This will be a repeat meal for sure. Great for busy families.

Saucy Beef Casserole
This recipe was pretty good. I did make modifications. Skipped the onion (hubby hates them). Added fresh garlic when ground beef was cooking. Skipped the condensed vegetable soup. Opted to put tomato sauce and some fresh veggies (yellow beans, green peppers, baby corn). The chow mein noodles gave it a different twist, which we enjoyed. I've been looking for different meal ideas, and this was certainly different. I think I'll try it with chicken next time.

Famous Butter Chicken
Wow! Excellent recipe. Like others, I made a few changes. I lightly sprayed the bottom of the baking dish with cooking spray, and skipped the butter. I added 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning and 1-2 tbsp or parmesan cheese to the crushed crackers. Instead of using garlic salt, I used 1 tsp of Garlic Plus (Club House). Thanks for the recipe!
