Chocolate Cupcakes

Great cupcakes, I followed the recipe exactly. They were very soft and yummy and had a great dark cocoa colour. I will make these again!

I used this recipe for carrot cupcakes, and they were really good! Very moist and flavourful! I set the recipe to 10 servings and got 33 cupcakes out of it. I used 1 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar, I substituted some of the oil for apple sauce and I used walnuts. Everybody enjoyed them and I will definitely make them again!

Zucchini Parmesan

This was alright. Not so quick but easy to make. I added mushrooms to get some variety. What I didn't like was that it turned out a little watery.

This was pretty good, but I added a lot more spices than just ground black pepper, because like that it would've been a bit bland.

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

My mum and I liked this veggie chili very much. The only change I made was adding more oregano/cumin, otherwise it would've tasted a little bland. The consistency was just right, not like a soup at all, and -as promised- it was pretty easy too. A keeper!

Hot and Sour Chinese Eggplant

I liked this a lot, quick and easy to make. Flavorwise it didn't blow me away, but it was still very good. I added sesame seeds and red bell pepper. I also cut back on the salt, 1 tsp is enough, but maybe that's just me.

Garlic Salmon

Creamy Apple Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

I had never made oatmeal before, but this was a very easy recipe and it turned out pretty creamy. I left out the maple syrup cause I didn't have any and added some mroe brown sugar instead. I also substituted the apples for peaches. Yummy!

Banana Chip Muffins II

After having read the other reviews I was a little disappointed, the texture wasn't...fluffy at all, it was more like bread. They didn't really rise either, and although at first they smelled very nice like bananas, in the end they just came out sweet and had no special flavor at all. It's great though that you don't have to add any fat. I may make these again.
