Mother's Ham Casserole
I really like this. I left out the green pepper so my kids would eat it, and they liked it also. I wish there were leftovers! Its nothing like all the other cheese, hashbrown,and ham recipes

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole
I made this for dinner to use up some extra chicken tenders. I thought it to be bland. Needs more flavor, maybe a can of tomatoes with pepers. I will note that there were NO leftovers.

Jalapeno Pepper Appetizers
This is better than poppers, and easier to make. They are not hot, even the children liked them. It did take 35 minutes to cook the thin sliced bacon. Next time I'll add some spice to the cream cheese.
