hubby loved it, i made a few changes cause he's a heat freak. seasoned the meat w/cayenne,season salt, black pepper and pepper flakes. did not seed the jalapenos and added some habenero sauce to the cream cheese mixture. Sliced fresh hot banana peppers for the condiment and put a smear of cream cheese on the bun. very happy with results will make this again

really like baking instead of frying!!! i usually omit the thyme, and use franks redhot to mix with the oil. great recipe
