We loved this casserole. It was creamy and delicious. We finished the whole thing! I didn't have carrots, left them out and it was still tasty. Not too many breadcrumbs either.

Great for leftovers too. We loved the recipe, hubby thought it was fantastic. I doubled the recipe and good thing....we wanted it again the next night. To change it up a bit, I sliced some baby bella mushrooms and sauteed them in butter then added the leftover chicken(cut up) and sauce. I then poured it over noodles. It was like a new meal!!

I doubled the recipe for a party and it was gone before any of the other appetizers. I thought it was delicious and creamy. Very good recipe.
