Chicken Cordon Bleu II
i made this for my mother and she raved abou it so much that she started calling her friends over to eat some with us. I didn't change a thing and it was all very delicious.

Buttery Herb Wine Sauce
this was crazy good. I made it without the mushrooms because I didn't have any and it was still incredibly delicious. I served with chicken and angel hair pasta. I think this was better than our pricey italian restaurant up the street.

Chocolate Trifle
very delicious but almost a little too rich with the condensed milk. also it's best when all of it is served immediately (once the brownies become soggy it's not as good)
