I am a divorced mother of three beautiful girls, two of which will graduate from college this spring, Bread making gives me the most satisfaction, its so much better than anything you can buy, but making food that makes people happy is my great joy, and suprising new things are alot of fun! My heritage is German, ie saur kraut, stuffed cabbage, saurbraten, spatzel..Making beer, homemade crock pickles and Kraut, All things fermented!!! lol Figuring out the brine trick for pork chops, finding the perfect mix on my gingerbread(my youngest adores the stuff) my daughter loves it spicy! I was making cake for my sisters wedding and all was well till we got to the site, it was outdoors and it became quite windy, my heart sank as my creation toppled to the ground.....
