This recipe was another slow cooker tenderloin disappointment. The broth was nice on the potatoes and vegetables, but much more than the broth was necessary to make the meat palatable. It was tough even though I removed it before the estimated cooking time was completed. I am a frequent user of successful slow cooker recipes but this did not provide me with the one recipe that was worth the price or the effort. I am still searching.
