This was yummy and filling, I skipped teh salt and celery (don't like) and added a tsp of celery salt. Also used double chicken broth and 1 cup of water. Will make again!

This was really good paired with jerk chicken. I used brown rice instead of white and it turned out really well. Although next time I will probably only use 1 bay leaf, 2 were very strong.

These were surprisingly really good. I agree with others, the crunchy shells is a must! I also mixed in a cup of veggie crumbles I had left over. It added some extra texture.
