Easy Mushroom Rice
Was very skeptical on how this was going to come out. Didn't look so good in the oven and I thought it was going to be very liquidy. It wasn't at all. It was delicious. Definately a keeper

Spinach Brownies
I don't like spinach, but this was delicious!!! I couldn't stop eating it. I will make it frequently for an appetizer and/or side dish.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
I have to admit, I was skeptical about this recipe thinking "how could the simple ingredients for a chicken produce such a succulent dish".....so I decided to see what everyone was "raving" about. I following ingredients & directions exactly. UNBELIEVEABLE. This chicken was the BEST roasted chicken I EVER had. I am simply amazed at how wonderful and delicious this turned out. Thank you for sharing!
