Holiday Pumpkin Bread
This is a great tasting pumpkin bread. I used 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and it turned out great. Very moist and flavorful!

Cinnamon Bread I
This is a wonderful quick bread! The only changes I made were to use whole wheat pastry flour, instead of all-purpose, and doubled the topping and added it to the center, as well as on top. It came out great. Every bite included the wonderful buttery/sweet mixture! I baked these in the mini loaf pans.

Chocolate Chip Walnut Pie
Very rich tasting pie. Cool whip would work well too instead of the whipping cream.
