Slow Cooker Creole Black Beans and Sausage
Very good. Has similar flavors of gumbo. I too prepared everything in the skillet, only using one pan. I left out the green peppers and only had 2 cans of black beans on hand, so that's what I used and was sufficient. We all loved the flavors in this dish.
