German Plum Rolls (Zwetschgenschnecken)
Very nice - this turned out quite delicious. I think the recipe has mistake, though, since 1/4 cup of baking powder is a LOT!! I used only 1 tsp. I also accidentally used too little of the cream cheese and the dough felt like it needed more stickiness - either more cream cheese or an egg. Also, didn't have the plum butter so I used home made pear-sauce (like apple sauce). It was a lot of work - rolling it up is not easy and in the future, I would use baking paper underneath to help support it. All and all, though, lot of fun and a good recipe. Thanks!

Best No-Bake Cheesecake
this was a very nice and easy cake. For the base, I used a chocolate cookie recipe that I have, which I made in the shape of the bottom of the pan and then baked, then put the cheese cake on top. I added banana slices to the cake. It was tasty but very very rich and sweet! Next time I'll try to tone it down a bit somehow. Thanks!

Rice Pudding (Kheer)
I was very pleased with this recipe. I used 3 cups of goat's milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 4 cardomon pods, 1 tsp of vanilla, and 1/4 cup of rice. i followed the cooking directions exactly and it turned out great, a bit too sweet. Next time I will use a little less sugar. Thanks!
