Quick Chicken Marsala
This is superb .The Marsala wine makes it a hit with the rich mushroom soup.I don't know what other people were eating (1*) but this was as good as restaurant fare any time. I like it with sautéed fresh mushrooms and onions with a little smashed garlic

Sausage Stuffing
This Stuffing comes from the old country Scotland that is. I've made this recipe my whole adult life. MY mother taught me this and hers taught her. If you try you'll buy guaranteed. 5*****

Caesar Salad II
use 1/2 a fresh lemon what a difference. the mayo has to be cut back to 1/4 cup and use the oil in the anchovies no one can beat this salad not even any restaurant
