Buttermilk Potato Fried Chicken
Yum! I was worried it would be bland, so I added some BBQ sauce before dipping in the potato mixture and I used seasoning salt instead of poultry seasoning. Delicious, fried up nice and crispy!

Carrot Cake III
I follow most of gneebeanie's recommendations, and I LOVE the result. I leave out the pineapple b/c I don't like it and substitute walnuts for pecans. Best carrot cake ever!!!

Butter Flaky Pie Crust
Love this crust! I use it on my meat pies all the time. Keeping it cold is the trick, as other reviewers advised.
