Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

This is the best shrimp scampi that I've ever had! The worchester sauce and the white wine really give it a great flavor. This is perfect for a special dinner for two.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These were really tasty. They kind of fall apart, but still taste great. Adding a couple of minutes to the baking time seems to help them stay more solid. As recommended, I chilled the dough before baking. I will make these again!

I used five apples, skipped the water, added 1/4t. nutmeg, and made the topping for 12 servings (full recipe). This turned out great! My husband usually doesn't like apple desserts, but he loved this one!

Seattle Dutch Babies

My husband and I LOVE these dutch babies! Make sure to pre-heat the pan in the oven. I like to melt some butter in the pan just before adding the batter. They are great with fresh berries or jam and powdered sugar. Yum!

Brandy Flamed Peppercorn Steak

This was very good. Full of flavor. My husband said he would like the sauce to be less creamy, so next time we may use less cream than it calls for. Also, we will probably saute the shallots before adding them to the sauce, as they were a bit crunchy. Overall, we enjoyed this recipe and will make it again.
