Easy Salsa Meatloaf
Great recipe!! I am NOT a meatloaf person, but my husband is. I decided to make this just for something different and even I enjoyed this for dinner! YUM!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
This is such an easy and satisfying dish! I use a few more strips of bacon (who doesn't like bacon??) and 2 cans of the diced tomatos - also I add sliced portobello mushrooms when adding the garlic. I always make enough for leftovers and it's even better the next day!

Easy Lasagna II
This was fabulous! This took no time at all to prepare and the pickiest eaters in my house loved it. A definate keeper!!!
