Quick and Easy Home Fries
I have been trying to make my homefries come out consistent since I started cooking for my family 50 years ago. This is it! Cast Iron pan, add onions - Thank you Angie! The best!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken
Wow! I really think the secret is the mayo. Moist is the keyword (and no brining)! I also used the cookie rack. Any flavors can be added to the crumbs, but the timing and temp were perfect. Thank you for the only way I'll bake breasts from now on.

Black Beans with Pico de Gallo
Excellent! I changed nothing. This one's a keeper! I served it with Zatarain's Mexican Rice on the side. The Pico de Gallo is great with that too. Thank you for a lovely addition to my recipe box.
