Easy German Bierocks (Runza)
This is how I grew up eating them, by being deep fried. I love them!! Heather, I thought my family were the only other people who deep fried them. Glad to see you do too!!

Bierocks (German Meat Turnovers)
I've grown up on these and absolutely love them. All of my grandparents were born in Germany. I have a couple of suggestions....I add very finely diced green pepper to the cabbage and meat mixture. Our family frys them in a deep-fryer instead of baking them. Just fry until golden brown on each side - just a few minutes. What a difference!!

Red, White and Blue Ambrosia
Oh, My.....This is heaven!! I made it exactly like the recipe and everyone loved it!! I may cut up some bananas next time, but it is excellent as is too. I will be making this often!
