I thought this was very good..I used (1) 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained) vice the brocolli...I cooked ground beef with some fresh garlic and added to the sauce and topped with more mozerella cheese last 10 mins of baking....I seen on 1 review they said they omitted the paprika, it was not even listed in recipe....

Delicious....i added a half stick of melted butter to the mixture, which made it very rich and yummy, and did use way less old bay and used 1 1/2 cups mozzerella instead of the cheddar and served on sliced baguettes....

Very Good...I ended up marinated my roast overnite for more flavor...I also had to cook it for 3 1/2 hrs with tin foil on top and also added some water..Very tasty and tender..made a delicious gravy
