Mama D's Italian Bread
Excellent Bread. My husband ate an entire loaf in one sitting. I followed the recipe exactly for one batch. But for my second bath, I substitute about 2 cups of the all purpose flour with whole grain wheat four. Still very good, and a little bit more nutritious.

Honey Wheat Bread I
Very tasty. I substituted canola oil for the shortening as suggested by other reviewers, and it turned out great. My whole family loves this bread. I will be making this again and again.

Key Lime Cookies I
These were very tastey. Very light and flavorful. I brought them to a 4th of July BBQ and they were a big hit. However, I did have to add about a cup more flour than the recipe suggested. W/o the added flour, the cookies baked flat as pancakes. With the add'l flour, they were perfect. These would be a great with some sorbet.
