Mashed Potato Cakes
I added cheese and used seasoned salt in mine. I wasn't sure how they would turn out baked instead of fried but they were very good. I do miss the crispy outside that you get when you fry them.

Thai Spiced Barbecue Shrimp
This recipe was pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of curry so next time I think I'll do like another reviewer and use chili paste.

Salmon Spread I
This was a really good recipe. Like everyone else I doubled the amount of salmon plus I added some extra garlic. Although it was really good I keep thinking it was missing something but I'm not sure what. I would recommend trying this and modifying it to your own taste.
