Oven Pancake with Apples
I was disappointed....I followed this recipe to a tee. It had way too many eggs and it turned out like a quiche, not a pancake substance at all. I'll have to try it with less eggs, maybe that will help. My husband seemed to like it, but I will definately add more apples and less eggs.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
OMG! THIS IS AWESOME! THE ONLY THING I ADDED IS A DASH OF LEMON JUICE. I GET SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THIS DRESSING. IT'S JUST FABULOUS AND I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO THE CHEF!!

Chicken Corn Chowder
THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! THE ONLY CHANGE I MADE WAS ADDING A LITTLE MORE CREAM. THE TASTE WAS FABULOUS!!!
