Country Style Fried Potatoes
Wow!! I never thought of using a bit of rosemary and oregano for fried potatoes! I used what was left of the frozen variety, along with olive oil/margarine and fresh garlic. After grinding some Tuscan seasoned sea salt from Gourmet Village, it was sooo good!!

I followed the recipe exactly, and I thought it was a touch too sweet. My other half liked it, although we don't eat CB that often. It was a cake-like consistency and the edges were crunchy. Next time I'd like to add creamed corn and I'll reduce the sugar.

Egg and Cheese Puffs
I made this for a potluck at work and everyone loved it, even if the paper cups stuck to the E&C Puffs. I heeded the advice given about leaving out the butter, only put in 2 cups of cheese and used Fat free cottage cheese. Everyone loved them!
