mostly pasta dishes. I dont especially love meat. I like doing things with fish and experimenting with mexican food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom and grandmother love to cook. I try my best, but still being a beginner, i tend to burn things and start fires... dont worry i'm getting better. My mom, grandma and I all share recipes now that I'm trying to learn.

My cooking tragedies
I've started at least 5 small fires. and i tend to start cooking something and then walk away and it turns out really burnt.

Shrimp and Portobello Mushroom Fettuccine
AMAZING! The only alteration I made was more garlic, but I do that to almost everything! This was an amazing dish, better then most italian restraunts!

Death By Garlic
EXELLENT!! I added some sauted musrooms, and extra garlic. I accidently forgot the cheese, but it was fine without. Next time I will try adding sausage.
