Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
This is my favorite way to make cauliflower. Agree that mixing in a bowl is better than the bag method in this case. I cook at 400 and stir often until tender, 20-30 min.

Golden Sweet Cornbread
Very tasty and true to it's name. It is sweeter than plain cornbread but not too sweet. I will try it with white corn meal and splenda next time.
