Roasted Vegetables
I've been "playing" with this recipe for a few years. No matter what vegetable combination, it always turns out fabulous. Sometimes I've used sweet onion instead of red onion which adds a different, subtle flavor. I've also used eggplant and an assortment of colored potatoes from Trader Joe's. If you are in a real hurry try using an "As Seen On TV" Vidalia Onion Slicer. Everything ends up uniformly cut in small cubes. This recipe is a great stepping stone for newer cooks.

Strawberries and Wine
I'm late with this review. I used less than 1/2 c. powdered sugar and "Three Buck Chuck" White Zin. Marinated 24+ hours. I served over chunks of light Angel Food cake and topped with Cool Whip. My guests were salivating! THE FIRST TIME I MADE THIS, MY FRIEND, HUSBAND, AND I JUST TOOK SPOONS AND HUDDLED OVER THE BOWL!

Orange Roasted Salmon
This recipe was easy to prepare. I followed the directions as written. It was necessary to add time to both the roasting of the onions and the baking of the salmon. The salmon was fabulous. The onions were really good. Thank you KBURIE.
