About this Cook
I am fifteen, and I love to cook. I'm not very good, and I only just discovered this interest a few months ago, but with practice I hope to get much better.
My favorite things to cook
PASTA!!! I love all Italian food, but I'm trying to cook other things as well. Next week, CAJUN!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My whole life, my mother has almost never cooked homemade meals, and my grandmother never cooked for her, either. I'm hoping to break this chain and learn how to cook wholesome, delicioius meals for my family when I grow up.
My cooking triumphs
Chicken parm that was DELISH, uh... that's about it. I don't have many meals under my belt, yet. I've discvoered that I can make a mean scalloped potato dish.
My cooking tragedies
I don't know what went wrong with that fettuccini alfredo... maybe it needed more salt... hmm....

Cinnamon Sugar Crisps
WOW. These were incredibly delicious. I was looking for a recipe to use up all my leftover wonton wrappers and this looked like it basically couldn't go wrong. and i was right! it was awesome, a really quick snack, and also sweet but relatively healthy. my dad loved these so much i'm going to get more wonton wrappers just to make more of these, and maybe we'll play around with it a bit (my dad said something about apple pie filling?). thanks so much for putting this up, it's so delicious!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
wow--these are amazing!! i only made a couple of changes, i added 1T vanilla (i halved the recipe) and a bit of salt... other than that the only changes i made was the flavor of the pudding (i used butterscotch) and mixed in some butterscotch chips with the chocolate ones. this was really delicious, i will definitely make it again!

Lemon Grilled Chicken
This chicken was amazing! It's really easy, and so delicious! I marinated it for almost 20 hours and it was so tender, nobody could get enough! I will definitely make this a lot!
