Bittersweet Chocolate and Stout Beer Ice Cream
Ah yes, a perfect dessert.....chocolate, ice cream and Guinness! Great recipe! I used half semisweet and half bittersweet chocolates. Awesome!

Carrot Cake III
Absolutely delicious! Very easy to make. Took the advice of another reviewer and used Cream Cheese Frosting II. Did not add pecans, I just don't care for them in a cake. Got lots of compliments at Easter dinner.

Zucchini Brownies
Mmmmm, mmmmmm! These are absolutely amazing! Rich and fudgy and WOW! My 8 year old picky eater loves them, as do my co-workers. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
