Homemade Pancake Syrup

good in a pinch, but nothing compares to pure maple syrup!

We really liked this recipe. I doubled the recipe, using 5 large roma tomatoes, three small zucchini, and added sliced mushrooms as others suggested. I would have liked a few more veggies for more nutrients, but still really enjoyed. I think adding sliced Vidalia onions to the saute would be great!

Chewy Granola Bars

These were pretty good, a little more like a dessert bar than granola bars. I added craisins and white morsels. Next time I will add pecans.

Apple Pie Muffins

These were very good and moist. I did add some cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter as recommended by others. These muffins do not rise as much as typical muffins do.

Chewy Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

these cookies were only chewy for the first day. You need to take them out of the oven when they do not look done. I will continue to look for a better recipe.
