Baked Tofu Bites
Really enjoyed this, hot with steamed vegetables and cold in salads, and will definitely make it again and again. I tweaked the recipe only because I wanted to use what I had on hand. I substituted honey for maple syrup and a chopped clove of garlic for garlic power, and I left out the smoke seasoning. I will try it with maple syrup--sounds delicious.
