Married with 2 boys. I like a wide variety of things. I work from home and during my down time I can be found playing a game (board, computer or gamecube) with my kids, cooking/baking or reading. I love to bake really but my favorite foods to cook are Chicken Alredo and Chicken Enchiladas. Shortcuts - my mom was busy with a husband, 3 kids and lots of schedules when we were in school. Because of this she used shortcuts in preparing dinners whenever she could but still the meal tasted like she had been cooking all day. I have mastered making cookies that stay moist instead of getting hard and crunchy the following day. Corned beef brisket - I didn't realize that it was corned beef and not just brisket meat...smelled good cooking but tasted awful.
